National Police Chief József Bencze has established a three-member search team to find two toddlers who went missing more than a month ago, writes hirszerzo.hu.

At the same time, Bencze announced a Ft 5 million (€20,000) prize for anyone who can help the investigation by providing information, and has ordered the re-examination of all cases related to missing children.

Paula Valéria Tóth (2), nicknamed Panda, went missing from the yard of her family's home in Emőd, Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County, on September 4. Dominik Takács (2) was last seen on Budapest's Margitsziget (Margaret Island) near Árpád Bridge on August 3.

Police believe the children are alive but may have been victims of a crime.
