Hungarian-owned racehorse Overdose sensationally set a track record of 52.6 seconds, beating its own record of 58.4 seconds, at the OTP-Hungária Grand Prix at Kincsem Park on Sunday.

Overdose, ridden by leading jockey Christophe Soumillion, led from the start and won by five lengths. More than 10,000 people watched the race, Overdose's third, and possibly final, race in Hungary.

Overdose, still unbeaten after 12 races, will travel to England on May 4 where it will compete in four races.
