Pawnshop robbed in Budapest District XI
Two armed men robbed a pawnshop on Villányi út (District XI) Tuesday morning, reports hirszerzo.hu.
According to Budapest Police Spokesperson László Bartha, two unidentified men entered the pawnshop at around 8 a.m., threatened the employee - probably with a gun - and locked them into the restroom. The robbers took jewelry and cash with them, and escaped the scene on foot.
No shots were fired, and nobody was injured. The police are looking for the perpetrators.
