NGO disputes court decision on egg-throwing
The Hungarian non-profit TASZ (The Company for Freedom Rights) is protesting a court decision which cleared three men who threw eggs at marchers in Saturday's gay pride march, reports hirtv.hu.
According to TASZ, throwing eggs is not a valid form of expressing one's opinion, and, unlike the court, they believe it is a crime.
The group said it is dangerous that Hungary's courts are not using the legal means at their disposal, and are "absurdly" releasing those who seek to violently limit the rights of other, and will file a lawsuit against the perpetrators for violating assembly rights and incitement.
