Museums in Budapest and 44 other Hungarian cities will stay open until late tomorrow night, the shortest Saturday night of the year.

In Budapest, buses will run from Deák tér from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m., ferrying passengers to all major museums and art galleries on both sides of the river for the annual Museum Night event. Buses will run to Óbuda's museums from Batthyány tér.

Tickets costing Ft 1,000 for adults and Ft 500 for children will be available at BKV ticket offices and at the museums.
