MSZP unwilling to replace coma-stricken MP
MSZP doesn’t want to replace MP László Toller who has been in a coma since suffering a car accident last June, reports uno.hu.
Although Toller is still incapable of movement or speech, there has been some improvement in his condition. He is now able to communicate through blinking, and spends his days sitting up with open eyes. Toller was taken home to Pécs last week as doctors hope the increased stimuli in the new environment and the presence of his family will speed his recovery.
Meanwhile MSZP does not want to replace Toller. According to law, a representative can only be replaced if he has been deemed incapable of expressing his will, something that only a jury can decide.
