Man dies after falling from Budapest tunnel entrance

A twenty-year-old man fell to his death after attempting to climb the protective wire fence above the entrance to the tunnel (Alagút) under the Buda castle, reports MTI.

 

The ambulance arriving on the spot could not save his life, the individual died immediately. Oszkár Sass, press spokesperson of BRFK says the circumstances of the accident are under investigation. The fencing was erected to prevent revelers from sitting on the ledge overlooking the Chain Bridge.
