Kindergarten teacher assaulted by family in S Hungary
A family injured a kindergarten teacher in Kiskundorozsma, Csongrád county on Wednesday, county council spokeswoman Szilvána Tuczakov told reporters on Thursday.
The incident occurred after a girl taking her younger brother late to the kindergarten was warned that the boy would miss some classes and a ten o'clock snack.
She left but soon returned with the mother and a male family member, who assaulted the teacher. Police caught the three adults in the street, took them into custody for questioning and then released them.
Kindergarten head Angéla Petakov said the staff were shocked as they had never before had conflicts with any parents of Roma origin.
