Hungarian universities collect loose change for charity
Several universities have joined a charity action organized by the Hungarian Maltese Charity Service (Magyar Máltai Szeretetszolgálat, MMSZ) to help Hungary's poorest families. The charity action, dubbed "built out of tiny pieces," consists of collecting Ft 1 and 2 coins which are to be withdrawn on March 1, reports Magyar Nemzet.
Of the universities, the Budapest Tech Polytechnic Institution (Budapest Műszaki Főiskola), the Central European University, the Róbert Károly College in Gyöngyös, the Hungarian Academy of Fine Arts (Magyar Képzőművészeti Egyetem) and the Pázmány Péter Catholic University (Pázmány Péter Katolikus Egyetem) have joined in the collection.
