Hungarian banks sued over Holocaust
Holocaust survivors and victims' descendents are suing the Hungarian National Bank, OTP, Erste Bank, MKB and Creditansatalt for $2 billion dollars plus interest for their part in the robbing of Hungarian Jews during the Holocaust. US law firm Monico, Pavich and Spevack is representing the plaintiffs.
The lawsuit comes one and half months after the same law firm began similar proceedings against Hungarian state railway company MÁV in a Chicago court.
