The International Association of Students in Economics and Management (AIESEC) started a conference in Gyor in western Hungary on Friday with students from five Central European nations discussing plans to intensify relations and boost cooperation between their countries.

The five-day conference is being attended by nearly 300 students from Austria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia.

The conference focuses on management training, marketing and human resources management, Hungarian AIESEC President Luca Keresztesi told MTI.

AIESEC is present in 1,700 universities and colleges in 107 countries and territories with over 45,000 members. The association helps students enhance their knowledge and professional skills abroad.
