Demján offers Ft 8 billion to entrepreneurs' charity
The leadership of the National Association of Entrepreneurs (VOSZ) will discuss its charity drive at its meeting on 4 July. Sándor Demján has offered Ft 8 billion.
VOSZ are asking some 50,000 member companies to make donations towards poor students, science and culture. The association plans to offer annual Ft 200,000 scholarships to 1,000-1,500 impoverished engineering and business students. They also plan to spend Ft 400 million on Roma pupils and students, and Ft 600 million on pupils and students from less-developed regions.
