Decree issued against "passive" resistance to police
Those failing to obey policemen taking legal action are displaying "passive resistance" and could be penalised by up to Ft 50,000, a modified cabinet decree was published in the official Magyar Közlöny (Hungarian Gazette) on Thursday.
The new regulation will take effect on March 11.
