Czech low-cost airline Smart Wings starts flights from Ferihegy airport on October 29, taking passengers to Madrid, Barcelona, Paris and Prague initially. It is owned by Travel Service, the largest private Czech airline.

Smart Wings focuses on destinations in Spain, and follows a cautious market strategy, said Attila Farkas CEO of Travel Service's Hungarian subsidiary. Travel Service has operated charter flights to Budapest and Debrecen for other travel agencies.
