Customs and excise officers arrested a Chinese national working on an illegal marijuana plant in NW Hungary, a customs spokesman told MTI on Friday.

Customs officials found the plantation at the site of a former clothing factory in the village of Tibolddaroc, which they searched after a tipoff by police, said Jeno Sipos.

The Chinese person will be questioned for possible involvement in other crimes, Sipos said, adding that the suspect might face 10 years imprisonment for illegal drug dealing.
