Budapest Airport opens temporary luggage hall
Budapest Airport yesterday opened its 1,540m² temporary luggage handling hall and a transfer corridor, an investment of Ft 900 million.
The existing luggage handling facility and passenger transfer corridor will be demolished in early 2009 in order to make room for construction of the SkyCourt facility between terminals 2A and 2B, in an investment that will cost around Ft 65 billion over the next five years, Budapest Airport development director Stephan Schattney said.
