Police are searching for a man who is suspected of raping an 11-year-old girl in Kőröshegy, a town near Siófok on the southern shore of Lake Balaton, on the weekend, writes origo.hu.

The as yet unidentified man asked for directions from the child to lure her into his car Friday evening, said Judit Heszné Gáspár, spokesperson for the Siófok Police. He drove for a long time before stopping on a deserted dirt road where he threatened and raped the young girl.

Police are appealing for the help of anyone who might have been in the area to help find the perpetrator. He was driving a small or medium-sized, black hatchback. He is thin, grey-haired, unshaven, untidy and smells heavily of cigarettes. On the day of the crime, he was wearing a blue T-shirt and shorts.
