In April 2009, the Budapest Assembly decided that the basis for calculating parking fees would be the price of a single ticket for public transport, and this would be the fee payable in Zone 2.

On Monday, a single ticket for BKV vehicles was raised to Ft 320. The price of a monthly pass for workers is Ft 9,800.
