I have just noticed that someone has rated my company as "1" POOR. They have chosen not to explain why. We have never received any compaints from anyone so my guess is its a competitor. I think whoever rates should have to comment, thereby giving the advertiser the chance to understand who has commented and exactly why. In this instance, being a new company, our rating has fallen from 4.5 to 3.33 due to one vote, ie we have gone from being a good company to seemingly a mediocre one. I dont think this is a particularly fair situation and could easily resolved.
