Interested in the opinion of others if you've visited this place. Looking at the website I was enthused about their wine choices and prices in the location they chose. We finally visited and perhaps I should not have waited until I was so hungry as to be cranky - i was grateful not to be there alone. If you are and the place is packed you may end up with your food on the tray but no place to put it. OK, so there is a back room with long tables but wouldn't you feel like a kid sent to his/her room? The place looks nice, love the fresh herbs and condiments on the tables; salads are beautiful and the pasta was good; and let's not forget about that vino! All in all it was a good dinner experience although I often felt like I was at the A&P when they kept asking for my card as my food was handed to me. (there is no paper 'bill' but rather your food is tallied electronically on the card you receive upon entering and read upon exit) |
