Zsolnay Fountain
Zsolnay-kút7621 Pécs, Széchenyi tér
| ![]() |
Notes: An Art Nouveau eosin-glazed fountain by Pécs's famous ceramics maker, Vilmos Zsolnay, is located on the south side of Széchenyi tér. Nearby the Zsolnay Museum, explains the history of the city's famous ceramics. The fountain typifies the Zsolnay polychromatic, metallic glaze. The bulls' heads on the fountain are modelled on a gold drinking vessel from the "Treasure of Attila."
