20/07/2008 17.00 my son and I entered the park it was a sunny day 28d degrees C. We were aware we had 3 hours to enjoy the rides. The cost of entry was 7,800 Ft approx £30.
Unfortunately at 17.15 there was a down pour so much so, they closed the rides, many people could not shelter, and I presume had had enough time to enjoy the park and left.
17.30 still torrential rain I enquired if I could postpone our visit until 21/07/2008, I refer to the comment on this Caboodle page "English Friendly" no-one wanted or even tried to understand.
Through persistence we were directed to a Hungarian to translate at the information office, which I’m thankful for as I haven't any Hungarian vocabulary. This gentleman explained in no circumstances would there be a deferred entry or refund, he explained he was merely an employee, and that there aren't any managers of a weekend, ever. I consider this quite appalling, who takes responsibility.
Just make sure if you visit, be aware there maybe nothing to do after you're in and it rains.
