This is a great restaurant. Whole experience is worth having - great ambiance, good food and service. Price is good too!! Staff speak good English and were very helpful. We loved it so much we ate there 3 times during our short stay in Budapest (had our 30th wedding anniversary meal there and really enjoyed it!!). Extra is that it has a number of good vegetarian dishes - marked with a v (Vegetarian food is not that easy to come by in Budapest!!!). If you are a mixed Veggie/none veggie couple like us it can be equally enjoyed by both. The gnocchi veggie dish and the Pangasius fish dish (cat fish?) are great as is their mushroom starter. Deserts are also pretty good too!! Good selection of Hungarian wines at a good price. I would recommend it to all. We will certainly go back next time we are in Budapest.

My wife and I (both American 3rd generation Hungarians) visited here with four American friends. I speak very little Hungarian, my wife speaks less, and the waitstaff treated us as though we were the owners. We accepted their guidance in ordering Hungarian wines, appetizers, entrees and deserts.
