Main courses for the three of us were solid but not quite were they should have been. desert was good. service was very attentive - however most likely cause we were speaking english - my hungarian friend with us claimed they tried to overcharge her last time taking her for an ignorant foreigner

While the food at Spoon can be dicey, the service surly, and the prices unfriendly, it's hard to beat the views from the boat, which take in the Buda castle and the chain bridge in all of their picture-postcard perfection. Note, however, that if you are going at night, you may not be able to sit on deck without eating dinner. But again, it may all be worth it given that killer view, which extends to the urinals in the men's super-cool bathroom.
