Yes shabby, reminiscent of a West Yorkshire curry house but feels homely. Having travelled in India the food is quite authentic. Service good, you feel like people are glad to have your business, very reasonable prices.

Well you made a mistake because I find this place is quite good, much better than more celebrated and expensive Indian eateries in town. Next time go straight to upper floor and give it a try.

this place is s bit confusing. It looks like a rundown bufe, something like bangla bufe but the prices are upmarket. who are their target market? I dont really know what the food really tastes like but the place is really shaby. I waked out after having a glimpse at the kitchen behind the bar on the ground floor. as in the nearby 5th district there are quiet a lot of choices I decided to go arount there instead
