Their work etiquette is rather interesting, i placed an order online on their site and 2 hours later the meal still hadnt arrived and yet i had received 2 confirmation emails, so i called and the person who answered was so blase about it, as far as he was concerned if he hadn't sent me a personal email confirming the order he couldn't care less, needlessly to say i was seriously miffed and ended up just cancelling the order.
I seriously do not understand why they should have an online ordering service if they still dont acknowledge the orders placed there in over 2 hours and yet act like there is nothing wrong with that, I for one think that they need to gain customer services skills.

So I had their cheeseburger last night. Here's how it'd stack up in a Budapest Burgerwar showdown:

Meat: 5/10
Bun: 9/10
Trimmings: 9/10
Service/Settings: 9/10
Affordability: 9/10

Everything but the patty was executed nearly perfectly. The fries were noticeably good. Meanwhile the meat, while edible, was evidently squashed thin with a spatula on a griddle. That's no way to treat ground beef!

All the same, it gets an 8.2. Not too shabby -- it'd tie with the Gresham burger in sixth place. If they could just figure out the meat it'd probably win.
