I ordered some food from here for delivery today. The garlic naan was fine, quite tasty, on the chewy side, which I tend to prefer. But the chicken tikka masala was oversalted and completely out of balance in its flavors. And the thupka soup, a chicken, noodle, and vegetable soup from Nepal, that was advertised as being made with "seasonal vegetables" was cooked with spaghetti noodles and the same frozen vegetable mix of peas, carrots, and green beans that 3/4 restaurants in Budapest seem to use. I thought the seasons were referring to an environment outside their freezer. I lived in northern India for a few months and had the privilege of eating lots of excellent Indian food and Nepali and Tibetan food, so I'm familiar with the cuisines Maharaja is preparing. Their food isn't horrible, and the thupka soup actually was quite enjoyable because the spicing was very good, despite the low quality ingredients. Nonetheless, I won't be ordering again.
