Agree with previous comment: service is extremely nice, the room is lovely, but it became way too expensive for the kind of food they offer - nothing wrong with it, but doesn't make me to want to return at all.

That warning arrow is well placed. I was very disappointed with this place. I expected it to be pricey of course, but the food, while not bad, simply was not worth the price, not by a long shot I'm afraid. Service however is impeccable, and the place really is one of the most kid-friendly in town. They should bring their prices down and I will happily give it anotehr try.

Stiff suits and show-off's. Top standard, no doubt. Stay clear the raw, fried duckliver with greasy apples and onions. Very nice soups.

The lovely "coffeehouse" of the swanky Four Seasons could stand alone as one of Budapest's best restaurants. If you go, don't leave without taking on a little extra ballast in the form of the Gresham's fabulous pastries. Note that the Kávéház is extremely kid-friendly. While we are big fans, we have heard some mixed reviews as of late, and have thus taken the step of giving it a warning arrow on our Top 33 list.
