Notes: The former, foreign headquarters of the British insurance company, Gresham Life Assurance Company, and now a five-star hotel, this is one of Central Europe's most important examples of Art Nouveau architecture. It was designed by Zsigmond Quittner and József Vágó, and construction was completed in 1906. The palace suffered neglect during communism, but after extensive renovations, it reopened as the Four Seasons Hotel in 2004.

*The hotel offers laundry and dry cleaning services to non-guests, drop-offs are available by car near the exit of the hotel's parking garage. The hotel does not advertise prices. However, same day and weekend service cost an additional 50%.

Simply stunning, both inside and out, and with the highest level of service available in Budapest. The hotel's restaurants are also excellent, and the bar/lounge hard to beat. Very, very expensive, however.
