Super friendly, which makes everything taste better, and a killer view---we have been here several times over the years, and if the lamb is a little overdone, well the staff are just so darned sweet and friendly that it's hard to complain. Years ago on a busy night we had to sit at a cellar table in order to find non-smoking (not always a problem) and in the crush of the evening, our waiter forgot us. Upon later discovery, he was nearly in tears, and our dinners were gratis. Like everything in this town, this place isn't perfect, but unlike many other places here, this establishment cultivates a warm atmosphere.

Competent. The meal was filling, though the ingredients didn't taste fresh. The fact that they had a "non-smoking area," a euphemism for a few tables superbly placed to acquire second-hand smoke from the many tastes next to them, didn't help in our estimation. Service was good, but kept trying to push their house wines; and the dolmates were frankly a disappointment.
