Wait, what? The service is crap? This is unheard of here in Hungary, or Italy for that matter. I am outraged!

The pizza is actually pretty good, BUT service is crap, waiting time to get food is long, and they steal 10% from you. It's not written on the menu, they don't tell you, they hide it in the drink total on the printed receipt, and hidden under the staple of the written one!
